Candidates who applied for Short-Term Doctoral Internship Mobility through the online system between December 2, 2024 – January 13, 2025, and submitted their acceptance letters by February 9, 2025, have been evaluated based on their Erasmus scores. Students who provided an acceptance letter have been designated as Grant Awarded (Kabul Hibeli).

Appeals regarding the evaluation results must be submitted to the International Relations Office via a petition by February 17, 2025.

A mandatory online information session will be held on February 17, 2025, at 15:30 for students selected as Kabul Hibeli. Meeting details will be sent to students via email.
