An orientation meeting was held for the academic and administrative staff selected for the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching and Staff Mobility for Training programmes for the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year.

During the meeting, general information about the mobility process was provided, and the steps to be followed after the selection process were explained in detail. Participants were informed about the required documents, grant procedures, travel and insurance processes, and essential documents such as the Mobility Agreement.

In addition, important issues to be considered during the mobility period, the responsibilities of participants, and the procedures to be completed after the mobility were explained, and participants’ questions were answered.

The meeting aimed to help the selected staff members participate in their mobility activities in a more prepared and informed manner.
