Within the scope of the Erasmus+ Higher Education Student and Staff Mobility projects approved for the 2025 and 2026 calls, as well as the UNIKOP National Mobility Consortium (coordinated by Necmettin Erbakan University) and the Central Anatolia National Mobility Consortium (coordinated by Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry), eligible academic staff members of Aksaray University are invited to apply for Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching at partner higher education institutions abroad.
Academic staff members who meet the eligibility criteria and wish to participate in teaching mobility activities must submit their applications, together with the required documents, through the online application system at https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr, starting from 2 November 2026.
Applicants are required to submit an Acceptance Letter or Confirmation Letter from the receiving institution at the time of application.

IMPORTANT: This call is open to academic staff members holding the following positions:
Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors (Dr. Öğretim Üyesi), Lecturers (Öğretim Görevlisi), Research Assistants holding a PhD (Dr. Araştırma Görevlisi), Lecturers holding a PhD who are currently delivering courses in administrative units.
All applications must be completed through the online application system: https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr.
The Acceptance Letter, Application Form, and all other required supporting documents must be uploaded to the relevant sections of the system.
Application Steps:
1. Application Form
Applicants must complete the Application Form provided in this call and upload it to the "Application Documents" section of the online application system.
2. Foreign Language Proficiency Score
Applicants must enter their foreign language proficiency score in the relevant section of the online application system.
3. Certificate of Employment / Service Record
Applicants must upload an official Service Record Document (Hizmet Döküm Belgesi), which can be obtained through the Turkish e-Government (e-Devlet) system, to the "Application Documents" section.
Only years of service at higher education institutions will be taken into consideration.
4. Acceptance Letter / Invitation Letter
Applicants must obtain an Acceptance Letter or Invitation Letter from a partner university in an Erasmus+ Programme Country with which Aksaray University has an active inter-institutional agreement.
The document must be uploaded to the "Application Documents" section of the online application system.
5. Online Application Submission
Applicants must complete and submit their applications through https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr before the application deadline.
