A Pre-Departure Information Meeting for the 2026-2027 Erasmus+ Study Mobility was held to provide Aksaray University students with essential information and guidance before they begin their Erasmus+ study mobility.

During the meeting, students were informed about key academic, administrative and financial aspects of the mobility process, including recognition and full recognition of studies, the grant agreement, payment procedures, transportation, the Certificate of Arrival, changes to the Learning Agreement, transcript procedures, and post-mobility procedures.

Particular attention was given to the procedures that students need to follow before and during their mobility, as well as the academic recognition of courses and transcript-related procedures upon completion of the mobility period.

The importance of completing all required documents and procedures within the relevant deadlines was emphasized, and students were encouraged to remain in contact with the Erasmus Office throughout their mobility period for guidance and support.
