The Erasmus Foreign Language (English) Written Examination for students who wish to participate in Erasmus Study and Traineeship Mobility will be held on 03 October 2026 on the campus of Aksaray University.

Examination Venue

Central Campus, Aksaray

The building, examination room, and seat information will be announced on our website on 01 October 2026.

Examination Date & Time

03 October 2026 – 10:00

Candidates are expected to be in front of the examination building at least 20 minutes before the examination in order to avoid congestion at the entrance and inside the building.

Examination Duration

100 minutes

Important: Students who do not have their student ID card will not be admitted to the examination.

Examination Results

The written examination results will be announced on 07 October 2026

Students who obtain the required score in the examination should follow the Erasmus Office website (erasmus.aksaray.edu.tr) for information regarding Erasmus mobility applications.

The Erasmus Foreign Language Examination application and Erasmus Mobility application are separate and independent processes.

Applying for the foreign language examination does not constitute an Erasmus mobility application. Students who wish to participate in Erasmus Study or Traineeship Mobility must also complete the relevant Erasmus mobility application within the announced application period.

In the event that the examination needs to be conducted online due to extraordinary circumstances such as a natural disaster or pandemic, relevant information will be announced on erasmus.aksaray.edu.tr.

Note

Receiving the notification “Thank you. Your form has been received.” is sufficient. No further action is required to complete the foreign language examination application.

Applications must be submitted by 17:00 on 24 September 2026.

Candidates who apply for the Erasmus Foreign Language Examination but fail to attend the examination without a valid excuse will receive a 5-point deduction (-5 points) in their next Erasmus Mobility application.
