On 27 October 2026, the Erasmus Co-ordination Office at Aksaray University organised an online information session for PhD students planning to apply for the Erasmus+ Short-Term PhD Placement Mobility scheme.

During the session, the TurnaPortal platform—through which applications are submitted—was introduced, and information was provided on the application stages and key points to bear in mind during the mobility process. In addition, topics relating to the selection of host institutions and the procurement of acceptance letters were discussed.

The aim of the information session was to support PhD students in completing their application processes correctly and in full, selecting host institutions that align with their academic and professional goals, and planning their mobility more effectively.
