At the information meeting held by Aksaray University Erasmus Coordination Office on 8 April 2024, comprehensive information was shared for students who will study in European Union countries within the scope of Erasmus + Learning Mobility for the 2025-2026 Fall Semester. The aim of the meeting was to ensure that students who will participate in the mobility process start their academic journey abroad in a more informed and equipped way.

In the event; detailed information was provided on logistical issues such as the preparation of learning agreements, grant processes, visa applications, transport planning and insurance procedures.

Aksaray University External Relations Coordinator Prof. Dr. Melayib Bilgin, who attended the meeting, drew attention to the opportunities offered by the Erasmus programme and said, "Erasmus programme provides great contributions to our students not only in terms of academic but also cultural and personal development. We hope that our students will gain an international perspective by getting to know different cultures and make the most efficient use of this experience."

The information meeting ended with an interactive session where students' questions about their individual planning were answered. Participating students became more prepared for the mobility process by obtaining comprehensive information about the technical details of the programme.
