The students who would like to study at Aksaray Unviersity as exchange student should be nominated by their home institution.

Nomination must be done through the e-form

Deadlines for Nomination:
 

Fall Term:         15 June

Spring Term:     15 December

Application Process:
 

Once the nomination procedure is completed by your university, ASÜ Erasmus Office will contact the nominated students to provide detailed instructions regarding the next steps of the application process:

- Transcript

- Passport Copy

- Application Form for Dormitory

Following the successful completion and approval of your application, you will receive an official Letter of Acceptance from the ASÜ Erasmus Office.
