An Erasmus Foreign Language (English) Written Exam will be organized for administrative staff who would like to benefit from Erasmus Staff Mobility.

Application Information

• Application Period: 30 January – 15 February 2026

• Application Deadline: 15 February 2026, 17:00

Exam Information

• Exam Date and Time: 21 February 2026 – 10:00
  (Candidates must be in front of the exam building at least 20 minutes before the exam.)

• Exam Duration: 100 minutes

• Exam Place: Main Campus, Aksaray
  (Building, room and seat information will be announced on 18 February 2026 on our website.)

Important Notes

• Candidates without a staff ID card will not be allowed to take the exam.

• Exam results will be announced on 24 February 2026.

• Staff who get a sufficient score must follow Erasmus mobility applications via erasmus.aksaray.edu.tr.

• Applying for the language exam and applying for Erasmus mobility are separate processes.
  Applying for the exam does not mean you have applied for Erasmus mobility.

Extraordinary Situations

If the exam is held online due to extraordinary situations (such as natural disasters or pandemics), announcements will be made on erasmus.aksaray.edu.tr.

Note

After submitting the application form, it is enough to see the message “Thank you. Your form has been received.”
No further action is required.
