The staff who are entitled to benefit from the mobility of teaching must submit the following documents to the Erasmus Office at the International Relations Office at least 15 days before the mobility.

- Letter of acceptance

- Assignment from the Rectorate

- Staff Teaching Form

- Grant Contract

- Staff Information Form
 

Documents to be submitted to the Erasmus office following the Mobility of Training:

- Certificate of Attendance

- Photocopy of passport entry and exit pages and Boarding Pass

- Staff Agreement Form (Original Signature)

- EU Participant Report (Online Form)
